



SAUCE

3 tbsp of low sodium soy sauce

3 tbsp of brown sugar

1 tbsp of chilli garlic sauce
PASTA

1 tbsp of vegetable oil

250 g of ground pork

2 servings of instant ramen noodles or rice noodles

3 green onions (sliced)

2 cups of fresh spinach

Combine sauce ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.
In a skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add pork and cook for 5-7 minutes or until cooked. Once browned and crispy, add the sauce mixture and bring it to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
While the pork is cooking, boil a small pot of water for your noodles. When boiled, cook the noodles until al dente. When finished cooking, strain and set aside.
Once the sauce has reduced by half, add the noodles and the spinach and green onions and toss to combine. Cook over low until the spinach has slightly wilted and then serve right away.
