Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Wash the brussel sprouts and peel off damaged or dirty leaves. Cut into quarters or halves and put into a large bowl. Pat dry well with a paper towel.

 

Add oil and toss to coat evenly. Add the salt and pepper, and toss again to coat. Place in an even layer on the baking sheet.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until sprouts are dark in colour and crispy. Serve right away.
