



SAUCE

2 tbsp of low sodium soy sauce

2 tbsp of brown sugar

1 tsp of sesame oil

2 tbsp of oyster sauce or vegetarian oyster sauce
PASTA

2 servings of spaghetti

4 cloves of garlic (minced)

3 green onions (sliced)

5-6 tbsp of Earth Balance soy butter or butter
-
2-3 handfuls of spinach (optional)

VEGETARIAN
Whisk sauce ingredients together in a small bowl until well combined. Set aside.
Boil a large pot of salted water. Add pasta and cook until al dente. When finished cooking, strain and set aside.
While the pasta is cooking, mince the garlic, slice the green onions, and thoroughly wash the spinach.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Once melted, add garlic and green onions, saving some for garnish. Stir until they are fragrant, approximately 1-2 minutes. Add spinach, stir until it's coated in butter.
Add the strained pasta and the sauce and stir to coat everything. Garnish with green onions. Serve right away.
