  • 3 red potatoes (roughly chopped)

  • 3 cloves of garlic (minced)

  • 4 tbsp of unsalted butter

  • 3 tbsp of milk

  • salt

  • pepper

  • 1/2 tsp of garlic salt

Cook Time: 15min

VEGETARIAN

Wash and scrub potatoes well. Chop potatoes into equal sized pieces. Place into a pot and fill with cold water until all potatoes are just covered.

Place over high heat with a lid and bring to boil. Cook potatoes for around 10 minutes or until easily pierced with a fork.

While potatoes boil, mince garlic very fine. 

When cooked, mash potatoes and add butter, milk garlic and seasoning, and continuing mashing to incorporate. Serve right away or save in the fridge for up to 7 days.
