2 salmon fillets (bones out, skin on)

Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and 5-6 lemon slices.
Mince garlic. In a bowl melt butter. Add garlic, lemon juice and cayenne to the bowl. Mix well and set aside to cool.
Wash fillets and pat dry thoroughly with paper towel. Season all sides with salt before placing each fillet on the lemon slices on the baking sheet.
Feel free to place the lemon slices on top for baking for a stronger lemon flavour. Pour the butter mixture over the fillets to coat fully.
Bake for 15minutes exactly for a medium rare doneness. Serve right away.
