  • 8 asparagus stalks

  • 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

  • salt

  • pepper

  • 1/4 cup of cheddar (grated)

Serves: 2

Prep Time: 5min

Cook Time: 15min

Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Wash and break off ends of asparagus, before drying with paper towel. Using your hands, rub olive oil over the asparagus to completely coat it.

Place into a baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle cheese over asparagus before baking for 10-15 minutes, until bright green and crunchy.
