  • 1 and 1/2 cups of cauliflower florets

  • 4 cloves of garlic (whole)

  • 2 tbsp Earth Balance soy butter or butter

  • salt

  • pepper

  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt

VEGAN

Bring a small pot of water with a steamer attachment to a boil. While the water is heating up, chop the cauliflower and peel the garlic.

When water is ready, steam the cauliflower and garlic for 2-3 minutes or until the cauliflower can be easily pierced with a fork. 

Transfer the cauliflower and garlic into a food processor. Add the butter and seasoning, and blend until smooth. Add more seasoning or butter to taste and serve right away.
