Slice the steak into 1/2 cm thick strips. Mince the garlic and slice the green onions.
In a large bowl whisk together the marinade ingredients. Reserve a 1/4 cup for later. Add the sliced sirloin to the rest of the marinade and let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Boil a large pot of water. When boiled add pasta and cook until al dente. When finished, strain and set aside.
Meanwhile, heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet. Add the beef mixture and stir fry until cooked through.
When beef has browned, add the spinach, pasta, and extra marinade sauce. Toss until pasta is fully coated.
Leave over heat until sauce gets thicker and sticks to pasta. Add the green onions and serve right away or keep for up to 4 days in the refrigerator.
