GARLIC HERB

CHICKEN

  • 2 chicken thighs (bone in or out, skin on)

  • salt

  • pepper

  • 2 cloves of garlic (minced)

  • 1 tsp of Italian herbs

Cook Time: 45min

FREE

Preheat oven to 350°F. â€‹Mince garlic.

Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towel and season with salt and pepper. 

​

In an oven safe container, add chicken and rub garlic underneath the skin and a little bit on top. Sprinkle Italian herbs on top.

 

Bake for 45-50 minutes or until chicken is golden and clear juices emerge from it. Serve right away.
