BAKED BRIE&

TOASTED

CROSTINI

  • 1 demi baguette (sliced)

  • 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil (drizzled)

  • 3 tbsps of Italian herb seasoning

  • salt

  • 6 oz of brie

Serves: 4-5

Prep Time: 5min

Cook Time: 15min

VEGETARIAN

Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Slice demi baguette into 1 cm slices. In a large bowl toss the bread slices with the oil and the Italian herb seasoning. When the bread slices are evenly coated, place on the baking sheet in an even layer, and lightly season with salt.

Place the brie wheel on the other side of the baking sheet or slice in to pieces and place on the bread. Bake for 15minutes or until brie is melted and the ​crostini are crunchy. Serve right away.
