Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash brussel sprouts and peel off damaged or dirty leaves. Pat dry with paper towel. Cut into quarters or halves and put into a large bowl. Add oil and toss to coat evenly. Then add the salt and pepper, and toss.
Place in an even layer on the baking sheet. Add sliced bacon over the brussel sprouts. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until everything is dark in colour and crispy. Serve right away.
